PMP stands for pseudomyxoma peritonei. It is a rare form of appendix cancer that affects one in one million Americans.

Carrie, thank you for initiating this unusual and creative way to keep everyone in the loop. I know it will be helpful to all of our friends to keep informed of her progress. The date for surgery is October 28 and it is drawing nearer! Mom and I have enjoyed your frequent visits and the love and support you have shown us. Mom and I have also had a wonderful time with Justin and Unkyong who are visiting from California.
